Brutus AI currently uses a credit and top-up model rather than a recurring subscription. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and include the charge details so we can review it directly.

Refund requests are handled case by case. We review factors such as duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, and situations where the service was not delivered as described.
