tokens are the unit of AI compute that powers Brutus's coaching. every word transcribed, every piece of feedback generated, every post-call analysis: it all costs tokens. one full coaching session (real-time + analysis) uses roughly 40,000 tokens.

yes. every grant — the monthly 500,000 and any add-on pack — expires 45 days after it lands. unused tokens do not roll forever. use them.

yes. starter is how you stay on Brutus. it refills 500,000 tokens each month at the same $0.02 / 1,000 rate. want more than that in a month? buy a grind, closer, team, or custom add-on. those are one-time, not a second subscription.

you set a threshold (e.g. "top me up when I drop below 50,000 tokens") and an amount (e.g. "$10"). when your balance hits that threshold, Brutus automatically charges your saved card. you never get cut off mid-call.

data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest through our cloud providers. we use sub-processors for transcription and AI coaching — see our privacy policy for details. we do not sell your call data. your conversations stay between you, your prospects, and Brutus.
